*  Cecil Hill fell at the river cottage and tore up his left knee.  He had surgery Aug. 30 at BGH and it will be into Nov. before he is completely healed.  His leg is immobilized in a canvas wrap and he is using a walker and/or crutches."

 

*  The Hiltons survived their first winter in their new log home in Middlesex, NY.  They just returned from a trip to France.

 

*  The Stiggys just went to Prince Edward Island and then, after 7-10 days at home, are heading to FL for 6-8 weeks.

 

*  Lee Talbot reports that their golf gang is getting smaller since Ron Kurtz "whacked" his thumb with a power saw.

 

*  Don Akagi reports a new grandchild  and another on the way.

 

*  Pat and I just returned from a week-long cruise to Nova Scotia.

 

*  The Elfuns got a very nice "thank you" letter from Arthur J. Warrick, the Camp Tuscarora Campmaster Chairman, for all the projects being done at Tuscarora under the guidance of Fred Neebe.
